Refund policy

THE CAMILLE ESSICK BRAND, CHEMISTRY ROOM FRAGRANCES, LLC & THE SPEAK[HER] PODCAST care about the health and safety of all clients and customers, all sales are final. Unused and unopened products brands may be returned and exchanged with the original invoice and original packaging. All clients and customers are responsible for the return and return shipping costs.

THE CAMILLE ESSICK BRAND, CHEMISTRY ROOM FRAGRANCES, LLC & THE SPEAK[HER] PODCAST are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to the customer or during the return process. Once your returned unopened & used item has been received, a refund will be issued.

THE CAMILLE ESSICK BRAND & THE SPEAK[HER] PODCAST  has discretion on whether to replace an item of equal or lesser value or issue a refund for the purchase price as listed on the invoice from the purchase.

Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause contents to evaporate.  Keep in a cool, dry place.  Shake well before each usage. Keep away from children. The bottle is made of glass and may cause injury if the glass bottle is broken.
